| Lady Medical Officer: 02 | between 18 to 37 years | possess MBBS Degree from an institution recognized by the Medical Council of India & Registered with the Punjab Medical Council/ Medical Council of India |
| Dialysis Technician: 01 | between 18 to 37 years | 10+2 or equivalent, Diploma in Dialysis Technician from recognized Institution |
Procedure to Apply : Eligible candidates may send their application along with self attested copies of certificates for proof of date of birth, marks sheet, degree, experience etc and Demand Draft at Registrar Office, Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Sadiq Road, Faridkot on or before 22-06-2015 upto 05.00 PM.
