| Senior Residents | Not exceeding 35 years. As on 07.04.2015 | PG Degree/Diploma in concerned specialty from recognized university. If such candidates are not available in particular specialty those without PG qualification having at least 02 years experience after MBBS out of which on year Junior Residency in the concerned specialty from a Government Hospital can be considered. |
| Senior Residents | Age not exceeding 35 years as on 07.04.2015 | PG Degree/Diploma in concerned specialty OR 2 years experience after MBBS out of which one year in the concerned speciality |
Procedure to Apply : The eligible and desirous candidate with
their Bio - Data Viz. Name in Block letter, Father's/Husband's Name,
Date of Birth, Postal Address, Telephone No./Mobile No., Permanent
Address, whether SC/ST/OBC, Edu cation Qualification, experience (if
any), duly affixed recent passport size photograph fulfilling the
education qualifications/eligibility conditions should appear for walk -
in - interview with their application along with original certificates
and one set o f attested photocopy of the relevant documents in support
of age, qualifications, Attempt, Mark Sheet, Degree, MCI/State
Registration, Category & Experience certificate etc. and two recent
passport size photographs. Applicants are advised to report to the
office of Medical Superintendent, ESIC Hospital, Sec - 3 Plot No.41 IMT
Ma nesar, Gurgaon (Haryana) on 07.04.2015 up to 11.00 AM and any
application received thereafter will not be entertained.
