Procedure to Apply : The eligible candidates are required to submit dully filled in application form along with all documents to the CDMO-cum-District Mission Director,Boudh,At/Po-Boudh,Dist-Boudh,Pin-762014 before 25.05.2015 through Registered/Speed Post/courier service only.
